Sybase TechWave 2001
This summer, PSI's Amine Khechfe will be a speaker at Sybase's TechWave 2001 conference in San Diego. His presentation will be 'EA Server, HTML, Java and PowerBuilder: Balancing the Development Toolkit'.

Combination Desktop/Online Project
Recently, PSI has been working on an interesting project that includes both a client/server "desktop" application and an online, web component for student enrollment in a health insurance program. The desktop app tracks enrolled student information as well as supporting the online application.

PowerBuilder User Group is Renamed
PSI's own Amine Khechfe is president of the San Francisco PowerBuilder user group. The user group is a great resource for learning about Sybase's powerful client/server programming environment.

The user group has changed its name to the San Francisco Bay Area Sybase Tools User Group (SFSTUG) and can be found online at www.SFSTUG.org.
